✨ Just a heads-up: while I can’t replicate One of a Kind colourways exactly (they’re rebels like that), I’m always happy to create something in the same weird and wonderful spirit.

Do you have a returns policy?

You’ve got 14 days to change your mind — unless it’s about custom dyes, yarn clubs, or seasonal one-offs (those are too magical and made-to-order to boomerang back).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I usually ship orders on weekends, but I’ll sneak a few into the post midweek when time and the day job allow! If you’re ordering a custom-dyed skein, I’ll be in touch with a delivery estimate — magic takes time, but I’ll keep you in the loop.
